- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints on exponential technologies
- Produce trend reports and scenario planning for stakeholders
- Curate annual FutureTech Summit featuring industry pioneers
- Drive patent strategy in emerging domains
Qualifications
- Master's/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Published work in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience with exponential technology (quantum, biotech, AI)
- Exceptional communication for C-level and technical audiences
