Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption curves using machine learning and trend analysis
- Architect innovation roadmaps for clients in quantum computing, bio-digital interfaces, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging market opportunities and disruptors
- Produce annual Future State Reports distributed to global C-suite executives
- Manage prototyping of next-gen solutions using our 3D quantum simulation labs
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and leading academic institutions
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodology and scenario planning
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals with 50+ citations
- Expertise in scenario planning, SWOT analysis, and Delphi methodology
- Proven track record developing strategies adopted by Fortune 100 companies
- Certification in AI ethics and sustainable innovation frameworks
- Fluency in Python, R, and predictive analytics platforms
- Experience with quantum computing APIs and blockchain integration
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented future-shaping initiatives
