Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI ethics, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps with KPI-driven implementation plans
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive stakeholders
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Manage cross-functional prototyping sprints for emerging technologies
- Advantage patent strategy and intellectual property portfolios
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with future-facing focus
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating future scenarios
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP)
