Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen products and services aligned with future market demands
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
- Deliver thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry reports
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Published work in futurism or innovation thought leadership (books, journals, conferences)
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
