Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technological horizons
- Analyze emerging trends in biotech, AI, and climate tech to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Design ethical frameworks for deploying advanced technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
