Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients

- Produce annual innovation trend reports with predictive analytics
- Advise executive teams on emerging market opportunities and risks
- Design and implement organizational foresight frameworks
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published thought leadership in future studies or business journals
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
