Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, societal, and economic megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities by 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum AI, neurotech, climate solutions)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen products and services
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge research
- Present foresight insights to executive teams and board members with compelling narratives
- Design and implement ethical frameworks for emerging technologies deployment
- Lead thought leadership initiatives including whitepapers, industry forums, and media engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist roles at tech-forward companies
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into successful commercial innovations
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Published thought leadership on future trends or technology ethics
