Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps by analyzing emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on future market disruptions
- Design cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 use cases
- Partner with R&D teams to validate feasibility of 5-year technology horizons
- Author thought leadership on future-proofing strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Build AI-powered trend forecasting models using proprietary data ecosystems
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed future-thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or R&D leadership at tech-forward companies
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Exceptional data modeling skills for trend forecasting (Python/R preferred)
- Experience presenting future scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
