Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and their impact on industries through 2026
- Develop and implement enterprise innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive futures
- Build and manage a portfolio of experimental ventures and moonshot projects
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into product development pipelines
- Establish strategic alliances with research institutions and innovation hubs
- Present future outlooks to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven experience developing multi-year innovation frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, Web3, synthetic biology)
