- Analyze global tech trends and societal shifts to map 3-5 year innovation horizons
- Design and lead strategic innovation initiatives with $5M+ annual budgets
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI implementation
- Host executive foresight workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Author quarterly trend reports influencing R&D priorities
- Mentor internal innovation teams on future-proof methodologies
- Secure partnerships with emerging tech incubators and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals or major tech publications
- Proven track record scaling innovation from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact assessment
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks and responsible innovation
- Strong network with global futurist communities and tech thought leaders
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (preferred)
