Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and future scenarios
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and leadership teams to embed foresight into product development
- Author compelling future-state scenarios and strategic recommendations for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to capture cutting-edge insights
- Measure and report on innovation KPIs and strategic impact using quantitative and qualitative frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Track record of successfully implementing innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies strongly preferred
