Responsibilities
- Develop predictive scenario models for 2026+ technological convergence (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech)
- Design innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, energy, and mobility sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technology adoption and disruption forecasting
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for C-suite executives with actionable strategic recommendations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Advose on ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation governance protocols
- Drive R&D initiatives in emerging tech incubation labs (metaverse, Web3, climate tech)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and adoption curves
- Proven track record of delivering scenario planning frameworks for 5+ year horizons
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future-state concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry white papers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CSF from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience with strategic planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, horizon scanning, Delphi method)
