As a key member of our Futures Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to identify paradigm shifts, develop scenario-based roadmaps, and implement agile innovation frameworks. You'll leverage cutting-edge data analytics, AI-powered trend detection, and human-centered design principles to create actionable strategies that turn future uncertainty into competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026-2030
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and metaverse ecosystems
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops using speculative design and scenario planning methodologies
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership content for industry publications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and trend impact analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting at enterprise level
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, CFS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives launched in the past 3 years
