Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2026+
- Develop innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead ideation workshops for breakthrough product/service concepts
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build partnerships with academia, startups, and industry pioneers
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation mindsets across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
