Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation strategy aligned with market evolution
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) with transformative potential
- Architect future-state scenarios and roadmap frameworks for enterprise digital transformation
- Champion human-centered design principles in technology development and deployment
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Present future insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling visualizations
- Drive innovation culture initiatives and mentor next-generation futurists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or corporate R&D with proven 2020+ horizon planning experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, neurotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations or policy frameworks
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and futures research methodologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
