Responsibilities

- Produce foresight reports and trend briefs guiding R&D priorities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into roadmaps
- Build external innovation networks with universities, startups, and think tanks
- Measure innovation ROI through KPIs and market impact metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies with 5+ years of innovation strategy experience
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology forecasting
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in trend visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
