Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients in tech and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Author trend reports and scenario planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in foresight or strategic foresight preferred
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or strategic frameworks
