Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and market disruptions to develop 2026+ strategic scenarios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Develop quantitative and qualitative foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors, board members, and government stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and innovation analysts
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Strong publication record in futurism or innovation domains
