Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 'Horizon 2026' technology forecasts and market trend analyses

- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development lifecycles
- Curate global thought leadership content and represent the company at premier innovation forums

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight
