Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to disruptive future scenarios

- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive leadership
- Establish innovation pipelines for next-generation technologies and market opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and business models
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation in corporate environments
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF) strongly preferred
