Responsibilities

- Facilitate executive workshops and scenario-planning sessions with C-level stakeholders
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership content published in top-tier publications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future trends into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing future-ready strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Exceptional facilitation skills with executive audiences and large-scale workshops
- Published thought leadership in futurism, strategy, or technology domains
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, FPFS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating impact of future-oriented work on organizational strategy
