- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging market opportunities
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and environmental signals affecting industry evolution
- Champion ethical innovation practices in future-facing initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future concepts
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, SWOT, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented initiatives
