- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and nurture breakthrough startups
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for global stakeholders and policymakers
- Manage $5M+ innovation incubator funding portfolio
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technology adoption curves and S-curves
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent
