Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on disruptive innovations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic factors impacting future business landscapes
- Integrate sustainability and ethical considerations into all strategic foresight activities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurism
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy and innovation
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and scenario planning skills
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight methodologies
- Experience presenting complex future concepts to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic innovation projects
