- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation products and services targeting 2026+ markets
- Create compelling scenario-planning models and strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to capture cutting-edge insights
- Present visionary strategies to stakeholders through data-driven storytelling and immersive presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing futuristic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
