Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track emerging technology adoption curves
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist networks and thought partners
- Author thought leadership content on future technology implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published research or significant speaking engagements at tech conferences
- Experience managing innovation labs or R&D strategy initiatives
