Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Produce high-impact foresight reports with predictive modeling and trend impact analysis
- Advocate for ethical innovation principles while balancing technological advancement with human-centric design
- Drive the creation of a proprietary 2026 Innovation Index tracking 50+ key future indicators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, quantum, AI/ML) and their societal implications
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (journal articles, white papers)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning, Delphi technique)
