Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking innovation frameworks for 2026+ technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum computing, biotech, and metaverse applications
- Produce strategic trend reports on AGI, climate tech, and neural interfaces for executive stakeholders
- Design and oversee incubation programs for emerging technologies with $10M+ innovation budget
- Forge partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and global research institutions
- Translate complex futures scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 7+ years strategic innovation experience
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and disruption modeling
- Track record of launching commercialized future-tech products (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Deep understanding of Web3, AGI ethics, and sustainable development frameworks
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CSF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-proofed innovations
