Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen products and services
- Author annual 'FutureState' reports featured at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Design and curate immersive foresight workshops for enterprise partners
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, VCs, and academic pioneers
- Mentor a team of innovation analysts using proprietary FutureCast methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
