Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal trends, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead innovation sprints using design thinking methodologies to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at major innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, blockchain, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executive narratives
- Published thought leader with 20+ articles in industry publications or journals
- Experience leading cross-cultural, geographically distributed innovation teams
