Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market conditions and regulatory landscapes
- Design innovation workshops for executive teams to co-create future-ready business models
- Produce trend impact reports with quantitative forecasts and qualitative narratives
- Advose on R&D portfolio optimization based on 5-year technological trajectory analysis
- Build cross-functional alliances with research institutions and venture capital partners
- Present strategic recommendations to board members with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for global enterprises
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend mapping tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF, Foresight Practitioner)
