Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation strategies aligned with 2026+ market forecasts and technological trajectories
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, prototype, and launch groundbreaking products and services
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI, etc.) for disruptive market opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present futuristic insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation methodologies across all business units
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years experience in corporate innovation, strategy consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful future-facing products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications across multiple industries
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario development capabilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) strongly preferred
- Experience leading high-impact cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies journals
