Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to map future scenarios and identify disruptive opportunities across 15+ industries
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into quarterly business reviews and long-term capital allocation
- Author seminal thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at Davos-level forums
- Manage a $15M innovation incubator funding portfolio with 30+ portfolio companies
- Establish strategic alliances with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA's innovation ecosystems
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and data scientists using proprietary predictive modeling tools
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary field with 10+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into revenue-generating products or services (>$500M impact)
- Expertise in exponential technologies: quantum machine learning, neuro-interfaces, and climate-positive materials
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting) with h-index >30
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents in multinational corporations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from the Association of Professional Futurists (APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful innovation implementations with measurable ROI
