Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential (2026-2030)
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating futuristic innovations into product roadmaps
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Produce executive-level foresight reports and scenario-planning documents
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior strategists and champion innovation culture across the organization
- Represent Horizon Labs at global tech conferences and futurist forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation implementation or trend forecasting
