Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and consumer behavior to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients in AI, IoT, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present executive-level insights to C-suite stakeholders and industry forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and data interpretation
- Build proprietary forecasting models using Python, R, and proprietary AI platforms
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation portfolios with long-term vision
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent training
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scenario-planning projects with measurable impact
