Responsibilities

- Develop and present future scenarios to guide strategic decision-making and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for anticipated market disruptions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future concepts into actionable roadmaps for product development teams
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing future-ready frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data-driven decision-making
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives launched in the last 5 years
