Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for disruptive technologies and market trends through quantitative research and qualitative foresight
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product and service innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant STEM field
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and trend analysis software
