Responsibilities
- Forecast technology and societal shifts through horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with emerging quantum, biotech, and climate tech paradigms
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into product strategy
- Build scenario-planning models for disruptive market forces (AGI adoption, climate tipping points)
- Author thought leadership frameworks on human-AI symbiosis and ethical innovation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions using emerging tech stack
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, weak signal detection)
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial innovation roadmaps
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neurotech, or climate AI ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or industry whitepapers
