Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism roles

- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Studies)
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
