Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for acquisition/partnership opportunities
- Maintain competitive intelligence landscape through proprietary research
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or consulting
- Proficient in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping frameworks
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Demonstrated understanding of emerging tech ecosystems
- Track record of implementing futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
