Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ technology and trend foresight framework
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings on emerging disruptive forces
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into tangible product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario modeling
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven experience with trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and predictive analytics
