As a key member of our C-suite advisory team, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and biotech pioneers to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion-dollar investments in next-gen technologies while navigating complex ethical frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech paradigms (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) to create 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Present foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and adoption readiness
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify acquisition targets
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or R&D leadership
- Published research on emerging technologies (IEEE/Foresight journals)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption curves
- Proven track record of implementing innovation initiatives >$50M
- Deep understanding of ethical AI and biotech governance frameworks
- Experience with futures forecasting tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
