Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Lead cross-functional sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact and ethical adoption
- Partner with policy advisors to shape responsible innovation governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Expertise in technology convergence analysis and exponential trend forecasting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurism work or implemented innovation strategies
