- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Present trend forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author quarterly trend briefs and annual innovation strategy documents
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market-leading products
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing domains
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-strategy transformations
