Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends shaping 2026+ landscapes across technology, society, and markets
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate disruptive solutions for emerging markets
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Champion a culture of continuous innovation through thought leadership and internal education programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field preferred
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) strongly preferred
