Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate, geopolitics) to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Develop 3-5 year innovation scenarios and strategic frameworks for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-ready initiatives
- Author forward-looking reports and whitepapers for internal/external stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Monitor horizon scanning networks and academic research to maintain foresight edge
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation consulting, corporate strategy, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
