Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impact through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable initiatives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for future market needs
- Deliver executive-level briefings on technological disruption scenarios
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, technology foresight, or futurism roles
- Proven track record developing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ years)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational strategy
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS, SFI)
