- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on emerging opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation concepts
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight ROI and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or strategic frameworks
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS) required
