Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes and regulatory environments
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture teams
- Design strategic partnerships with academic labs and emerging tech startups
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build innovation roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
