Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ tech convergence (quantum, AGI, biotech, climate AI)
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year market impact projections
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-proofing into product roadmaps
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary labs with MIT, Stanford, and DARPA partners
- Anticipate societal disruption vectors and translate to actionable business strategy
- Author white papers on emerging tech ethics and governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in future studies or tech ethics
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Proven track record of launching future-critical products
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell Foresight, WFS)
